This position is responsible for development of high power/high voltage semiconductor devices for industrial and automotive applications. This is a high visibility role, with an opportunity to work with cross-functional teams. The candidate will be involved all phases of development from product conception through release.

This position is responsible for development of high power/high voltage semiconductor devices for industrial and automotive applications. 

This is a high visibility role, with an opportunity to work with cross-functional teams. The candidate will be involved all phases of development from product conception through release.

Work with technical marketing and application engineering to develop deep understanding of system requirements. Define SiC/Silicon/GaN power devices optimizing for application requirements, manufacturability, reliability, time to market and cost. Work with process engineering teams to execute device development. 

    Work with product engineering and test engineering to develop test, characterization, reliability, and quality management strategies to drive device qualification and commercial release. Provide design risk assessments, mitigation plans, development lessons learned and proof of concepts.     Keep up to date with developments in the industry and contribute to defining high voltage technology roadmap for the company.
