The CPS5080 is an ultra-efficient load switch with ultra-low quiescent current of typical 65nA. CPS5080 operates with input voltage range from 1.0V to 5.5V. It is able to deliver up 2A output current. The CPS5080 provides ultra-low quiescent current IQ and shutdown current ISD. With reduced leakage current, overall system power efficiency and operation life are improved.
