Cell Li-on Application
The CPS5214 is a highly integrated single-cell Li-ion battery charger with power path management. CPS5214 include an OVP, a linear charger and power path MOSFET. Its input has 21V tolerance to enhance the input voltage robust likes USB plug-in. The linear charger features pre-charge, constant current, constant voltage mode and can support maximum 1A charging current to decrease the charge time.
