CPS2020 is a high efficiency charge pump solution. It supports up to 24V input voltage, and can operate in forward 2:1 charge-pump(max 6A output), reverse 1:2 charge pump, forward or reserve bypass mode.
The charge pump structure only needs ceramic capacitors and no inductance is required, which effectively saves solution size. It also supports parallel operation with SYNC pin
