The CPSQ8203 is a highly integrated wireless power transmitter power stage with peripheral analog circuits that are required to implement a WPC compliant 15W transmitter. CPSQ8203 integrates a full bridge power amplifier with four MOSFETs, the high accuracy current sense and differential voltage sense amplifiers, the multi-channel ASK demodulator, high precision Q detection block, and protection circuits. CPSQ8203 shall be used together with a controller IC in application, the smart power stage can be configured and controlled by serial communication interface.
